through August 28th (5 week flex schedule; No
training the week of July 28th)

$125 (Includes T-shirt)
Cost: Non-Members, $175
Sessions: Choose one (If participant has a conflict, you may
choose an alternate night)
Session 1: Mon / Wed
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Session 2: Tues / Thurs 6:00pm - 7:00pm
